Just a few notes about us:        We're light eaters, and usually have our main meal in the middle of the day.  Of course, we'll participate in whatever plans our Louisville and Memphis hosts have made.       We like golf, although with Mary's arthritis, that may be limited this summer.       We like to walk.       We like museums.       We enjoy Geocaching.  If that's a new term to you, check out www.geocaching.com for more information. There's at least one cache near our Louisville hosts at Fisherman's Park. And at least one near the Convention Center in Memphis. There are 651 caches within 20 miles of zip code 38103.       Joe likes to fly kites, when there's enough time and enough wind; but, he won't be bringing his kites this time; no room. Betty and Jack Darst are riding with us. They will be staying with Margaret Clark..       Mary's interested in home decorating; HGTV is her favorite TV channel.       Mary is retired; she was executive asst. to the CEO of NCR Corp.       Joe is retired from NCR; was involved in many aspects of the company, from software development to R&D to Strategic Planning.       And (surprise!)
